How To View Open/Closed Tickets
Go to https://vanmeterinc.freshdesk.com/support/login, or click on the link in the email regarding the ticket you submitted.
Scroll down, and click on Are you a customer? Login Here

It redirects to the page below. Please enter in your email address, password, and check Don't show this again, and Yes below:

Once logged in click on Tickets, and you can then view the status of your Open/Closed tickets.

Now moving forward, it will cache your credentials and you will be able to view open/closed tickets.
